Amazing service right from the first call for service. Late night I realized my furnace wasn’t kicking on and I called Haven. I was greeted warmly and after some questions and troubleshooting, a service call was scheduled for first thing the next morning since I had to go to work. Tech Issac L. came out first thing the next day and immediately fixed the problem (a simple issue with a switch flipped of course). To make the visit worthwhile, Issac went above and beyond to address any other concerns. He performed a little maintenance while here- cleaning flame sensor and checking pressure as well as helping me temporarily fix a vent that was bringing a draft from basement to main level. He also advised me of the membership program which is an incredible deal for now and for future concerns. I must give 5/5 for amazing service, knowledge and the overall friendliness I have received. Thank you for giving me peace of mind and relief (and most importantly heat!)

The technician who attended the service call was very professional. Cuyler T was amazing. He was truthful and very courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem and made sure hot water was restored to my home as soon aa the needed parts arrived.

Will was very good. Spent a lot of time making sure that everything worked ok aanf also made sure i understood what he was doing and if i had any further questions. Highly recommend both him and haven home.

I've complained in the past about not being able to readily contact the local office any more, but I cannot fault the company's responsiveness when my furnace failed. From the staff who managed my call for an urgent booking, through the supervisor seeking to fully understand the nature of the problem to make sure the most critical issues received priority dispatch, to the amazing technician (Rob. B), I felt they were all working diligently to resolve my problem in quick order. Rob (on the evening shift) walked me through his troubleshooting, called a supplier for me after 8 p.m., set me up with an appointment the next day to review my options, and left me with two supplementary heaters to help keep some warmth in the house during a very cold spell. They turned what could have been a stressful, unpleasant event into a really positive encounter. Thanks to all, and especially to Rob.

This week Haven Home (Kingston) installed a Generac generator plus a new hot water tank in my home. I am truly impressed with this company. Matt C, Mike, Sean, Connor, Casey and John - you guys were awesome!!! The crew was friendly, professional and showed up when they said they would. Great communication skills. No extra surprise costs. Very thorough and thoughtful and totally cleaned up afterwards - Matt C. even mopped the floors. I would absolutely recommend this company 100% for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs, you won’t regret it. (And thank you Wendy for recommending this company). I rarely give a 5 star rating, but this time I’m very comfortable with 5 stars plus - they earned it!

Rob B. was fantastic at diagnosing my furnace issue later into the night around 10:30PM on a Friday. My house was very cold and the furnace would intermittently go on and off. He was very professional, friendly and quick! Highly recommend the service from both the dispatch line and service tech.

Dave G was excellent. He arrived on the same day I called for service. He was polite and efficient. He worked on the fireplace found 2 blockages, cleaned them out and the fireplace is working better than ever. Thank you!

A very professional company! You were kept up to date was to where your technician was, and would be coming. Brian was very knowledgeable, answered all of our question, and above it all left our space clan and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone great customer service!!

Cuyler T. from Haven Home Heating & Air Conditioning is absolutely amazing. I needed help when our furnace stopped working. He arrived the same day! Cuyler let us know what the issue was and explained everything as we went along. Haven Home was able to get the part the next day, and Cuyler was back the next day to install everything and have us back in working order. Cuyler is friendly, polite, and amazing. I highly recommend him and Haven Home Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you!!!

We had Home Haven install a Generac Home generator in our home. Mike and crew did an excellent job. Lots of aspects were above and beyond. Very professional. Cleaned everything up when completed. Also price was below other estimates. Would recommend highly. Kudos to Mike.
